Citizenm Zuerich Hotel

The staff's sweet attitude towards my old parents during my first stay left a lasting impression. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. Coming back for Xmas!

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum, and it provided a convenient location near the business district and downtown sites. The modern ambiance and self-check-in system were great for my efficient stay. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness exceptional.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Stayed here for 1 night and loved our choice. The room was cleaned and available with internet and good AC, as for instance. The hotel had a central location and it was close to a leading museum.

Some people working there were not accommodating.

We liked to be here, its location and staff. We had speedy check-in on arrival.

Lots of free movies available. the shower in the rooms was super nice, and the bed was comfortable. the staff at reception and the bar were incredibly kind and helpful. the hotel's concept of small yet well, designed rooms with plenty of storage space was great. the lobby and lounge area were spacious and made for a social atmosphere. the breakfast buffet was of high quality with a good variety of options. the hotel's central location made it convenient for transportation and exploring the city.

The windows in the rooms couldn't be opened, which made the rooms feel a bit suffocating. the A/C controller was a bit cumbersome to operate.

Got cool, bright with AC, great amenities, for instance. Competent, attentive staff, were eager to help. Incredible location, a short walk to a nice quiet park.

The place was brand-new and restaurant was nice! Staff exceptional & were eager to help until we checked out. Breakfast fee was £ 17 per person.

I recently stayed at CitizenM in Zurich for a few nights on a leisure trip. The hotel's fantastic, central location made it easy to explore the city. Within walking distance of the train station and city center, yet tucked away in a quiet area near the old botanical gardens, it provided the perfect balance. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds, nice showers, and big windows offering natural light. I loved the convenience of the iPad-controlled room features, like movies on demand and international TV. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, adding to the overall good vibe of the hotel. Definitely a pleasant experience.

Staff was superfriendly and always helped me. Food was good and gorgeous. It was a really great stay, you could leave a car on site. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was fast

The room technology was futuristic, it took a while to get used to but once I did I was impressed by the controls on my phone. The design elements and location were perfect, and the prices were reasonable. I can recommend Citizenm for an exciting tech-filled stay.

This hotel is perfect for adventure travelers! It's conveniently located close to everything, including a beautiful botanical garden. The rooms may be small, but they make up for it with extra-large and comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, and adjustable water pressure in the shower. The efficient check-in and check-out process, friendly staff, and controllable air conditioning add to the general atmosphere and design of the hotel. You'll also appreciate the option to customize your room colors on the mini iPad.

There is some street noise from the passing trams, but the hotel does a great job at noise reduction with double windows.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, situated right in the center of the city by the wall. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by a staff member who offered me a welcome drink. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries. I especially liked the ipad and flat-screen tv. The restaurant and bar area was great for enjoying a meal or drink, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay here even more enjoyable.

Oh, how I love small rooms. No separate bathroom, just a sink in the room with you.

We loved the central location, close to everything and right next to the old botanical gardens. The hotel facilities were great, with easy and fast check-in and check-out machines. We enjoyed the delicious coffee and tasty cocktails, and the friendly staff who were always there to assist us.
